What is Wash+?
Wash+ is a rapidly growing start-up that delivers high quality clothing care for people who care about their clothes. We are creating an incredible customer experience and that starts and ends with our Valets. We are looking for amazing new additions to our Palestine, Frankston, Athens, and Jacksonville teams.
Job Overview:
We're looking to hire 1-2 full-time folders/attendants to add to our team. Folders/attendants work with a shift manager to separate, wash, dry, fold, and package orders for delivery. Folders/attendants are compensated with an hourly wage, overtime pay, and quarterly bonuses. The position is a W2 position with full and part-time options – paid biweekly by direct deposit.
Professional laundry experience recommended but not necessary.
Shift available are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm. Within these shifts there are part-time and full-time options available.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of customer specifications & items laundered throughout cleaning process.

Sort and prepare laundry for the wash, dry, fold process.

Spot treat items that need special attention.

Care for our customer’s items as if they were your own
Pay & Perks:

Starting rate of $9 per hour

Attendance and productivity bonuses of up to $60 per week - that's an extra $2-3 per hour!

Potential for raises at 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and beyond

Consistent, yet flexible work schedules
Requirements:

Laundry can get heavy, so we need you to be able to lift 30-50 pounds on the regular.

Able to stand throughout the entire shift.

Not afraid of going above-and-beyond when needed

Driven by quality and accuracy

Dependable and passionate about your work

Enjoy working with startups and able to be flexible with our growth

Experience in retail or hospitality is a PLUS!
Work Environment:

We have a clean, modern laundromat including individual workstations for our employees.

No face-to-face customer interaction (but we care for our customers through the quality of our work!)
