Fill Your Bag

Mark your calendar! Wash+ has scheduled laundry pickup and delivery days on Tuesday and Thursday. Just place all the items you want cleaned in a disposable bag (i.e. a garbage bag).

Pickup

On your scheduled pickup day, place your bag outside. ​Your Wash+ Valet will notify you via SMS text when we pick it up!

How do I get started?

To sign up with us, you can either:

( 1 ) Click the Get Started button above, and a member of our team will contact you to afterwards to answer any questions you may have!    ( 2 ) Give us a call at (903) 876-4725 or (903) 731-4717.

Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?

Nope! You don’t have to be home to utilize our services.

All you have to do is leave your laundry in a disposable bag or your Wash+ dry cleaning bag on your front porch, at the front concierge desk, or another convenient location by 8:30 a.m. and we’ll pick it up. When we return, we’ll hang your cleaned garments on your front door.

Where do I leave my cleaning?

At home:

  • Leave it outside your front door

  • Leave it on your porch

  • Leave it with the concierge of your building

At work:

  • Leave it at the front desk

  • Leave it at a designated location at your workplace


If you are leaving your cleaning in a place other than your front door, it will be helpful to specify that location in the Special Instructions field of the order form.

 

How do I pay for my dry cleaning?

We’ll keep a credit card on file for you.

We will provide a receipt for your cleaning order upon completion before delivery. 

So I have to keep a card on file?

Yes.

In order to use our Pickup + Delivery service, all customers using it must have a valid credit or debit card on file with Wash+.

 

How often are pickups?

Our pickup and delivery services run on a weekly Tuesday/Thursday rotation, between 8:30am - 4pm.

This means that if pickup is on a Tuesday, your garments will be returned to you on Thursday. If pick up is on a Thursday, you will get your cleaned garments back on the following Tuesday. 

 

Can I drop off my dry cleaning at any Wash+ store & then have it delivered to me?

Unfortunately, no.

If you drop off your cleaning at one of our locations, you will need to pick up the cleaning from that location.

Is there a minimum order for this service?

Nope!

There is no minimum order required for free pickup and delivery.

 

Are coupons allowed?

Yes, please place the coupons in your laundry bag.

Once your order is processed, the coupons will be applied to your order.

 

What happens if it is raining?

If you don’t have a covered area like a porch or other dry location to put your bag under, we recommend that you do not put your bag outside if it is raining.

If inclement weather strikes, our team may contact you and hold your items until the next scheduled delivery day.

 

Are you closed on holidays?

Yes we are. 

We are closed on most major holidays, so pick up, and delivery services will return the next scheduled day.

 

How do you handle larger items like bedspreads?

For bulkier items like comforters and bedspreads, please put them in a large plastic bag (or a trash bag).

Just make sure that they are labeled with your name and phone number so that our team can track them.
