TERMS + CONDITIONS

By using the services provided by Wash Plus,  LLC. you accept the terms and conditions set forth. Please review these terms prior to paying for any of our services. These terms and conditions are subject to change. We value the opportunity to provide service to you and your family.

STORE POLICIES​

ITEMS DROP-OFF

Wash Plus reserves the right to refuse customers or refuse cleaning any item.

We cannot accept an new order if an existing order has not been paid for in-full.

ITEMS PICK-UP

Due to circumstances beyond our control, once an order is picked up, we cannot be responsible or liable for any damages or missing items.

Therefore, please check all items carefully upon receipt of your order.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days.

An order left unclaimed after thirty (30) days from the drop off date will be donated to a local charity. Our team will make every effort to contact a customer before removing items from the store. For this reason, it is important to keep your account information up to date.

PRICING + PAYMENT

Wash Plus reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice.

We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Contactless Pay, Gift Card and Wash+ Automatic Billing.

Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge. A Processing Fee of $1.00 is imposed on all credit & debit card transactions and Wash+ Automatic Billing. An Environmental Impact Fee of 3.25% per item charge is imposed on all Dry Clean items.

CARE LABELS

If any damage results from following the label instructions, Wash Plus cannot be held liable.

If an item does not have a label, the Customer submits garment at his/her own risk.

OBJECTS LEFT IN GARMENTS

Although we do our best to find objects left in garment pockets, Wash Plus will not be responsible for such objects or the damage such objects might cause to clothing during the cleaning process.

DAMAGED GARMENT POLICY

Wash Plus takes the utmost care in cleaning your clothing. If you have a damaged item and notified us at the time of order pick-up, the owner will analyze your garment and we will contact you within one week to discuss our findings.

If in our assessment. we are responsible for the damage of your garment, Wash Plus will issue you a check or credit limited to 6x our charge for processing the garment or item. We reserve the right to apply a credit towards an account for a damage claim.

 

MISSING GARMENT POLICY

Wash Plus takes the utmost care in cleaning your clothing. If you have a garment or item missing from your order and notified us at the time of order pickup and in the rare case that we cannot locate your garment or item within two weeks.

Wash Plus will issue you a check or credit limited to 6x our charge for processing the garment or item. We reserve the right to apply a credit towards an account for a damage claim.

RETURN/RE-CLEANING POLICY

Wash Plus inspects every garment before returning it to the customer to ensure it meets our strict quality requirements. We also encourage our customers to inspect their articles at the time of pick up.

If you receive an item that we processed and you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will happily re-process the item(s) free of charge. Please notify us of any such complaints within 48 hours from collecting your item. After those 48 hours we will not be responsible for any such claims.

STAIN REMOVAL 

Wash+ team members inspect every garment several times during the cleaning process. However, we also ask for customers to inform us of any stains, including location and type, when dropping off an order. The odds of successful stain removal increase if our technicians know what caused the stain.

Please note, Wash+ cannot guarantee the removal of all stains. Removal of stains depend on:

( 1 ) Type and duration of stain;

( 2 ) Type of fabric;

( 3 ) Current condition of the garment. 


Our experienced dry cleaning professionals use the best stain removing products and techniques on the market. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some stains are permanent or cannot be completely removed. 

 

Permanent stains are often caused by the following:
•    Stains left on garments for a prolonged period of time,
•    Application of home stain removal remedies,
•    Chemical damage from spillage of alcoholic beverages, medications, perfumes, after shaves, hair dyes and perspiration.

 

Wash+ will treat problematic stains with great caution. However, some stains require a more aggressive approach with the potential of damage to the garment. Customer approval and a release of liability is required before Wash+ attempts these advanced stain removal methods.

ALTERATIONS + REPAIRS 

All Alteration + Repair orders must be prepaid.
Alterations and repairs may take from one (1) week to ten (10) business days.

 

Missing or damaged buttons will be replaced, if we can find a match.
If you have the button, please attach it to the garment and clearly note it on a piece of paper.

 

We make no warranties on tailoring or on alterations based on customer-supplied measurements, markings, or instructions.
By supplying measurements, markings, or instructions, a customer accepts full responsibility for requested tailoring of garments and results – even if garment does not fit afterwards or cosmetic result is not, in the opinion of the customer, as desired.

24 HOUR DROPOFF

For your convenience, Wash+ has order drop off windows available 24 hours a day. Please only deposit your order using a Wash+™ blue express bag or disposable bag (i.e. garbage bag) with the following information attached:


•    Full Name
•    Phone Number
•    Starch Preference
•    Special cleaning/handling requests
