Wash+ offers simple pricing with no commitments. For a full price list, visit our Pricing page. Wash & Fold $1.75 per pound 10lbs minimum Dry Cleaning or Launder & Press or Household Dry Cleaning, Launder & Press & Household items are all priced per item. For a full price list, visit our Pricing page. Wash+ will clean almost any item. Can I set a specific pickup/delivery time?


Unfortunately, no.

Nope! Wash+ strives to offer clear and simple pricing. For your convenience, there are no monthly subscriptions or cancellation fees, and you will only be charged for services as they are used. Service Fee This covers a range of operating costs, including garment bag replacements, van maintenance, satisfaction guarantee, and more. Failed Pickups We charge a $5 Failed Pickup Fee when bags are not left out on a scheduled pickup day. To avoid this fee, cancel your pickup by 8:00AM (CST) by giving us a all at (903) 876-4725.

When are my service days?


You wil receive an introductory email within one business day after signing up that will indicate your exact delivery days or you can look at the maps below to determine your delivery days. We are in every area twice per week - either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays. MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS - Emerald Bay, Eagle's Bluff, Brown's Landing, Cumberland Ridge TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS - Palestine (inside the city limits ONLY) For example, if we pick up your bag on Tuesday, we will bring back your cleaned and pressed garments on Thursday and vice versa. The same holds true for our Monday/Wednesday routes.




What forms of payment do you accept?





What time do I need to put out my blue delivery bag?


Please put your bag out by 8am. Our delivery truck will be in your area at anytime from 8am to 4pm on your service days. If you are a business that does not open by 8am, please contact us at support@usewashplus.com or at (903) 876-4725.




I don't have a blue delivery bag? Or, I would like a 2nd delivery bag.


Once you sign up online, we will drop off a Welcome Kit on your first service day that includes our blue delivery bag and instructions. If you lost your bag or you need a 2nd bag, let us know at (903) 876-4725.




What if I forget to put my bag out?


No worries! You have the following options: 1.) You can always leave your bag out on your next service day. 2.) You can always visit any of our Wash+ Dropbox locations or our Wash+ flagship store to have your clothes cleaned. Click here to view all of our locations.




I didn't receive my order? Or no one stopped by today to pick up my order?

Can I drop off my dry cleaning at any KIM's/Wash+ Dropbox location and have it delivered to me?


Unfortunately, no. If you drop off your cleaning at one of our Wash+ Dropbox locations, you will need to pick up the cleaning from that location.

What if you find an item you cannot clean?


Our Cleaning Care Professionals carefully inspect all garmens during the check-in process to ensure we take the best care of your items. If we come across an item that we are unable to clean, we will set the item aside and return it to you unclean with advance notice.




How do you handle missing or damaged items?


Taking care of your garments is our number one priority. We strive to provide exceptional service and while we are very cautious to treat all garments with care, there's an inherent risk in cleaning, including the potential for clothing and other items to be damaged or misplaced. For damages, we will work with you to determine if it can be repaired or restored to good condition. If it cannot, and we determine the damage is a result of our cleaning process, we will reimburse you for the item in accordance with our terms and conditions. For missing items, our Customer Care Team will ask for receipts or proof of purchase in order to initiate the reimbursement process for items deemed missing through our investigation process.




What is your policy on stains?


Our cleaning process has been designed to ensure your orders receive thorough cleaning and care. Upon check-in at our facility, all garments are scanned and treated for stains. After the initial cleaning process, our Clothing Care Professionals may choose to hold onto an item for additional TLC if further treatment to the stain will be successful. Should this process create a delay, we will notify you in advance.




What is your satisfaction guarantee?


We're obsessed with delivering the perfect customer experience and caring for your items just as you would. With this comes our commitment to providing high-quality cleaning for every garment you place in our care. While we're confident you'll receive quality service, if ever you're less than 100% satisfied with your order, let us know. We promise we'll make it right, starting with a complimentary re-cleaning.
