What do I do with my bag after my first pickup?


The Wash+ bag is yours to keep for future pickups and deliveries! Each bag has a unique tag with your contact information and cleaning preferences. When it's time to schedule your next pickup, simply fill the bags again -- We'll deliver the same tailored experience as before!




Do you service apartment buildings, condos or businesses?


Yes! Wash+ can provide pickup & delivery service to any location within our current service area, including houses, apartment buildings, condos, and businesses. During the signup process, make sure to indicate any special pickup & delivery notes we will need in order to gain access to your location.




Can I set a specific pickup/delivery time?


Unfortunately, no.

Pricing & Billing

When does billing occur?


Billing occurs as soon as your bag arrives at our facility & is sorted out. Each bag has a unique tag with your contact information and cleaning preferences. When it's time to schedule your next pickup, simply fill the bags again -- We'll deliver the same tailored experience as before!




Is there an extra charge for the delivery service?


Nope! There is no extra charge for delivery. We charge the same price as we do in our store.




Can I set a specific pickup/delivery time?


Unfortunately, no.




When are my service days?


You wil receive an introductory email within one business day after signing up that will indicate your exact delivery days or you can look at the maps below to determine your delivery days. We are in every area twice per week - either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays. MONDAYS/WEDNESDAYS - Emerald Bay, Eagle's Bluff, Brown's Landing, Cumberland Ridge TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS - Palestine (inside the city limits ONLY) For example, if we pick up your bag on Tuesday, we will bring back your cleaned and pressed garments on Thursday and vice versa. The same holds true for our Monday/Wednesday routes.




What forms of payment do you accept?





What time do I need to put out my blue delivery bag?


Please put your bag out by 8am. Our delivery truck will be in your area at anytime from 8am to 4pm on your service days. If you are a business that does not open by 8am, please contact us at support@usewashplus.com or at (903) 876-4725.




I don't have a blue delivery bag? Or, I would like a 2nd delivery bag.


Once you sign up online, we will drop off a Welcome Kit on your first service day that includes our blue delivery bag and instructions. If you lost your bag or you need a 2nd bag, let us know at (903) 876-4725.




What if I forget to put my bag out?


No worries! You have the following options: 1.) You can always leave your bag out on your next service day. 2.) You can always visit any of our Wash+ Dropbox locations or our Wash+ flagship store to have your clothes cleaned. Click here to view all of our locations.




I didn't receive my order? Or no one stopped by today to pick up my order?

Can I drop off my dry cleaning at any KIM's/Wash+ Dropbox location and have it delivered to me?


Unfortunately, no. If you drop off your cleaning at one of our Wash+ Dropbox locations, you will need to pick up the cleaning from that location.

Cleaning Process

Can you take care of minor alterations and repairs?


Wash+ covers minor alterations and repairs such as button replacement, hemming, zipper repair and minor sewing for simple repairs. Have a repair need? Please contact Customer Care in advance of your pickup to ensure we can accomodate your request. Minor alterations and repairs typically take up to 3-5 business days, so please schedule your pickup accordingly as we are not able to put a rush on turnaround time.




Who cleans the clothes?


We understand how important taking care of your clothing is to you. That's why we have a team of experienced and dedicated Clothing care Professionals. Each member of our Clothing Care Team is thorough in our Wash+ quality-approved cleaning process to ensure each and every order is treated with care and according to your preferences.




Can I send in my own hangers?


We do not currently accept personal hangers for any of our services.




Can I use my own cleaning supplies?


At this time, we are not able to accomodate the use of personal detergents or other cleaning supplies.
